Robert Uithoven, president of j3 STRATEGIES, is a registered lobbyist in Nevada and currently serves as the Finance Chairman of the Nevada Republican Party.  He is also involved as a member of the Reno-Sparks Chamber of Commerce, serving as the Vice-Chairman of the organization’s PAC Board. 

Uithoven is also a member of the Nevada Taxpayers Association, the Keystone Corporation, the Nevada Policy Research Institute and the Northern Nevada Network.  In 2007, Uithoven was appointed to the Nevada Economic Development Advisory Board, and in 2009, he was appointed by Governor Jim Gibbons to the Nevada Private Investigators Licensing Board.  He also currently serves as a Trustee for the Joshua L. Anderson Memorial Foundation.

Prior to forming j3 STRATEGIES, Uithoven managed the successful 2006 campaign of Governor Jim Gibbons (R-NV). Previous to the campaign, Uithoven worked as chief of staff to Gibbons during his tenure as Nevada's 2nd congressional district representative in the U.S. Congress and helped oversee Gibbons' re-election campaigns in 2002 and 2004. He also helped pass the successful Education First ballot initiative in Nevada.

Robert Uithoven resides in Reno, NV, with his wife and three sons.
